Ingredients
In a heated nonstick skillet or a wok, add peanut and sesame oil and minced garlic and saute' for one minute. Add diced chicken and cook for 2 minutes until half way done. Then add broccoli, onion, bell pepper and mushrooms and saute until chicken is throughly cooked and vegetables are al dente'. Pour in 1/2 cup Yeung's Asian Barbeque Sauce and stir until everything is well coated and the sauce starts to carmelize (about 2 minutes). Serve over rice and enjoy. Serves 2Home |
