Ingredients
Rinse ribs in water and pat dry. In large pan, use about 1/3 of the Yeung's BBQ Sauce and lightly cover ribs with sauce to marinate. Cover and refrigerate a minimum 1 hour. (It tastes best when ribs are marinated overnight). Preheat oven to 280 degrees. Place ribs on a 1/2 sheet baking pan. Baste ribs evenly with a heavy coat of BBQ Sauce. Bake in oven for about 2 hours or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 180 degrees. Tips: For a crispier outdoor BBQ taste, let rack of ribs cool, then cut into individual ribs. Cook individual ribs in a frying pan over medium heat and baste with any remaining sauce for about 1 minute. Enjoy Home |
