Gourmet Goodies

Preheat broiler. Brush bread slices with olive oil and arrange on sheet pan. Toast until golden brown, flip and brown other side. Transfer bread to a serving platter. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of tapenade on each slice of bread and sprinkle with minced chives.
