Ingredients
Preheat broiler. Spread the bottom of each tartlet shell with 1 tbsp. of Fig & Shallot Tapenade. Crumble 1 oz. of goat cheese on top. Loosely arrange or fold prosciutto over goat cheese. Place on baking sheet and put under broiler until prosciutto starts to brown and cheese starts to melt. Watch closely as broiling time will vary. Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs. Makes 8 tartlets.
