Ingredients
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spread 2 tbs. of Fig & Roasted Shallot Tapenade on each pizza crust. Tear prosciutto into small pieces and divide onto both crusts. Place pizza on cookie sheet and bake in oven for 5 minutes. Before pizzas are done, sprinkle 1 tbs. of crumbled gorgonzola cheese on each crust and bake for additional 2-3 minutes until cheese melts. Remove from oven, cut and serve. Serves 2. Home |
