Ring of Fire®
| Ring of Fire® Orange Glazed Grilled Chicken | < back |

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
(can use 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or 18 chicken wings) - Ring of Fire® Orange Glaze
- Salt and pepper
- Canola or Vegetable oil
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup Coke or favorite cola
- 2 tbs. Ring of Fire® Habanero Hot Sauce - Original or Xtra Hot
- 2 tbs. wine vinegar
To prepare Ring of Fire® Orange Glaze: Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use. Makes about 2 cups. Glaze is also great on Chicken, Ribs, Shrimp or as a dipping sauce for eggrolls or fried shrimp.
To Grill Chicken:
Prepare Ring of Fire® Orange Glaze. Set 1/4 cup of the glaze aside. Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towel. Rub oil on chicken and lightly salt and pepper. Oil grill so chicken doesn't stick. Place chicken on grill and lightly baste with orange glaze each time you turn the chicken. Approximately 1 minute before removing chicken from grill, take reserve 1/4 cup orange glaze and spoon on top of chicken. Serves 4 Note: Do not reuse the glaze used for basting the chicken.
