Ingredients
Cook pasta al dente. Rinse and cool. Mix olive oil, vinegar and Mediterranean Tapenade together in a bowl. In a large mixing bowl toss cooled pasta with chicken, red bell pepper, green onions, mozzarella cheese, and tapenade vinaigrette. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Top with toasted pine nuts before serving. Home |
