Ingredients
Place bread crumbs and pecans in a food processor and lightly pulse. Do not over process pecan mixture. Pecans and bread crumb mixture should look like a very coarse meal. Cover catfish fillets with hot sauce, then bread with pecan mixture to form a crust over the fish. Saut fish in melted butter over medium high heat until fish is cooked and the crust is a golden brown approximately 3 minutes on each side. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings. Home |
