Ingredients
Prepare White Corn Relish by mixing ingredients together. Refrigerate until ready to use. Combine melted butter and lemon juice to make lemon butter and set aside. Oil the grill to prevent salmon from sticking. Place salmon fillets on grill and baste with lemon butter. On each turn, baste salmon with lemon butter. 1 minute before removing salmon from grill, spoon on top of each fillets 2 tbs. of Ring of Fire ® "Sweet & Smoky" BBQ Sauce. Serve salmon topped with white corn relish. Home |
