When legendary bass guitarist Michael Anthony decided that he wanted to develop his own brand of hot sauce, he called upon us since Ring of Fire is his favorite sauce.

To satisfy his well seasoned palate for liquid fire, we decided to begin with the delightful Pimiento Pepper and a dash of Sweet Red Bell Pepper. Then we thought it would be fun to dump in heaping mounds of fresh roasted garlic and Habanero Chiles. We all had a full sweat goin' but we weren't done yet. Next we poured in some Ancho Chile, Crushed Chiles and Black Pepper all to give it the depth and complexity that a truly great sauce (and musician) deserves.

Mad Anthony's Hot Sauce has a great rich taste and lots and lots of heat that will definitely light your fire. We invite you to try it on everything!
